The browser tests seem to be OK (although with some Mac issues I see). Its good to see the design migrate over to CSS-only. Basically my only concern are those colours. I like the way the dark grey background emphasises the content area but that purple band across the top is too dark for the black text (esp. of the links top right). I'd be tempted to make the background a lighter colour and reduce padding and stuff until the text touched the top and bottom of the surrounding box. Good stuff, clear layout nice simple design.
