your header graphic sucks. it should either span the whole width or you should convert to adverts only, yeah!

the bottom is weak as well, especially how it busts down to white background only with a link to somewhere else.. i think it's a link. another ad? bbuuhhh.

adding some texture or contrast to the blue background would be a really good idea as well. don't think i'd miss with your content section and it's white background / black text combo.

those affiliate buttons on the left look ass too. maybe stick them down at the bottom which would solve two problems, while leaving you with a big gaping hole... to replace with some contrast or texture/graphics!

Nice! clean style, Looks professional, honestly no much to complain.

But I have suggestions for the layout:
to make the page more <user friendly> (e.g. frames, iframes, b.g. more graphic interfaces) with more order for links, also something to recall its style, logo and title, animations, 3d-fla 3d-swf interactive?
