Things I noticed...your english needs a bit of 'cleaning up' and the title '7u3t newsflash_ 04.' is too blurry...

Another thing I noticed: the graphic on the left takes years to load, it's almost 70kb big!

I played with the compression settings for a minute, now it's 33kb.

i like the simplistic look and the colors they're easy on the eye and definately good looking... also the picture to the side is good too

I'm not much on SBing but I watch the x-games. Other than that, I have to say your site is pretty bland.
