FLASH Presentations Complete Interfaces Nav Buttons etc E Commerce store fronts Animations Shockwave Anything that needs a sophisticated programming approach...product demos etc, destination content... here's a snippet of info from macromedia 92% of browsers have flash installed now shockwave player around the 50% mark... Flash is more aimed as i have said for web anims,splash screens etc whilst shockwave is used to bring rich multimedia to the back end of flash sites...
