You have some characters (apostrophes, mostly) that break in other (non-Western) character sets, so you might want to specify yours as [b]<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">[/b]. I know it's a really minor thing, and it probably won't be an issue, but it won't hurt to put it in.
