Background seems a little too dark to me and the links in the featured artists section could do with some rollovers but appart from that I think it's nice.

It has a nice feel to it. Very clean. My only nitpick would be that it relies too much on graphics for text (the only actual text is on the info page), but I guess that's important if you're going for a precise feel. That aside, though, I really like it.

vast improvement yet I'm still wanting more from an art site. Minimal design really keeps the focus on the pieces rather nicely tho. so yeah, gooder.

Get some padding at the bottom of the page so that I can scroll down at least a small number of pixels below the content.

it looks like the client is even more happy than before and i'm to remain on the payroll.

as a side note... i'm fond of the sfmoma.org and whitney.org sites but the gallery thought that stuff was too complex/over the top. actually i kind of agree and i'm just biased because i like the actual galleries, but anyway... blah blah blah.

I think lighter colours would do the trick!, maybe follow thru with the look of the home page, using that big pic style throughout, although no that big, other than that mikey thumbs up

oh yeah.. this site... fucking hell.

client tells me everything is good to go after repeated showings of mockup. after building static (fuck!@$!@) site they decide they don't like the look because it fills up too much of the screen on one of their POS 15" compaq computers their secretary uses to answer e-mail.

i'd personally give the site a thumbs down but i'm so sick of it i don't want to touch it with a five foot pole.

if you decided to make even a small change, i really would lighten that background gray, im notorious for doing the same thing people are always telling me to use lighter colours :P but yeh, its hard because everyone has different brightnesses on their monitor.
