It is much easier to update and easier to read, imo. The form you use for 'hosting' would probably look better if the input fields were aligned to each other. I'm not very found of the title graphics you use for the 'News', 'Affiliates', etc. It looks like the top and bottom of the text is missing. They are also a bit to 'blury' for my taste. There is also way to much black space between the the 'content areas' , but you probably now that allready. You might also consider removing the 'boards' link until you get it to work. Right now you send the user into an empty directory. Maybe add a index file there saying that the boards will be up later sometime...
