The layout is basically just a re-hacked version of the previous site with a few additions -- mainly suggestion that people made in that thread. I'll also be updating that site again soon~ish. Anyways, it's still IE6+ for windows (or Opera/Mozilla) but I know where that problem is, I just keep forgetting to fix it and well, I'm lazy. Ooop.
