when i click on it the page comes up for a split second then it turns into a cruched up version...from what i get it looks okay though.

The link works for me...

It looks good. Good choice of colors and a simple and efficent layout. Can't find anything to criticise.

Thats a standard IE function, if you put your arrow over the image an icon will appear on the bottom right of it, on clicking it, it will enlarge.

That 'crunched up' look you refer to can be disabled via 'Tools/Internet Options/Advanced' - scroll down to 'Multi Media' and remove the check mark from "Enable Automatic Image Resizing." No more 'crunched up' images.

'Other' little IE piss off's can be dealt with in there. Just make note of what you might change in case you don't like it.

I can't help but notice that in many ways it is almost identical to the other site you posted for review.

That doesn't necessarily say anything, but the implication comes through....

Anyway, this one on it's own merit:

1) Overall a relatively clean, easy look. Always good. Things are unlcuttered and seem to be well presented - navigation would appear to be straightforward.

2) The colors....

Well, aside from being stale and overdone, some of them just don't fit. The tealish button on the right, after the line of blue buttons isn't working. It seems more like a mistake than an intentional styling. Same with the area of the same color on the bottom left.

The 'search' buttons are also a little out of character.

I understand the intention of adding a visual seperation between them and the other buttons, but it just detracts overall.

guess that's all I've got at the moment.
