Except from the popup thing I like the layout. If you want the page to be a bit more accesible for other people you could change the menu to text links instead of images, that way people with poor eyes etc can enlarge it and read what it says. But if it is a personal site that might not be that important. Do you really need all those underline things after the name in the title tag? It would look much better imo if you removed them and kept the title tag from the splash screen. I doubt that old browsers are fond of your iframe so you might want to reconsider that and maybe use Docs ZScrollBar or something instead.
