The reason I use an image for the background is so if I ever want to change the background, I can just change the color of the image, and I also have invisible links which is just the background image set as a link, so you can't see it. I know it's kind of cheesy, but i like it. I will look into shrinking the table width. I have a huge monitor, so it seems fine to me, but thanks. Also, I changed my page again...
