Well, there are two obvious avenues for design. You can base it on the physical aspect of machining, and create an appearance that resembles metal, machinery, tools, forges: it's up to you how closely you hew to those visual ideas. You could make a site "interface" that looks like a machine of some sort, complete with steam-spewing pipes and spinning fan blades, or you could use just a subtle suggestion of metal and metallic texture in a more abstract design. Or you could base your design on the qualities a good machining company should have, in which case you'd try for something that connotes absolute precision, strongly focused geometry (the circles are a little too vague to give that impression), and strict professionalism (in which case you'd want a more severe and stern color scheme, possibly in grey-and-blue territory). So, try one or both of those avenues.
