About the site.. First of all get rid of the scrollbars. The page isn't big enough to need any of them imo. You should aslo change the font in the Flash thing. On my monitor it is really blurry and hard to read. I think the little link bar at the bottom of the page should be placed closer to the main part, maybe right bellow the news area? If you are going to have lots of information on the page that people are going to read you should also make the page 'higher'. You might also consider adding an option for people to print the interviews etc... You should also add a DOCTYPE to the page to make it compilant with the new standards and to make sure it renders correctly in most browsers... If you were to redo the page I would advice you to use <divs> instead of tables. It would then be easier to make the design liquid and it is easier to read the code as well...
