I use Linux and the newest flash version availabe for Linux is 5, so I only get to see the buttons and not the content... I can't really see why you need the splash page, but if you decide to keep it make it 'lower' so the vertical scroll bar dissappears like quisja said. Why do you use frames? I can't really see the use of them so you should remove them imo. You should also add a DOCTYPE to the pages. There are a couple of meta tags missing that you should add, like the description tag.
