It might be cool for about the first .05 seconds of the first fade, but after that it gets annoying. Why should the user have to sit there and wait for the page to dissolve out and then back in? I also think it's kind of odd that you link to a page on another site for "help." Not only is the design shift a bit jarring, but the user is expecting your content, not someone else's. How about providing your own version on-site. I would recommend whipping something up for the e-mail as well, rather than linking to an outside source. You don't really have much of a choice with the forums, though, since those are a bit more complex. Well, that should get you started, I suppose. Oh, and fix those jaggies. ;) Loading...
