I really like your choice of colors for the background image and such. The logo does not work like you said. I think you need something a bit more descriptive. Maybe spell the whole word out instead of just the letters. I am browsing on opera, and the menu messes up the background image. You might want to just use plain text for the links as opposed to images, since it might keep the background centered. The other issue I see is with the code. You are using frames when this design doesn't need frames. I really cries out for a [url=http://www.bluerobot.com]bluerobot[/url] two column css design. You might also want to validate you code using the [url=http://www.w3.org]W3[/url] websites CSS and HTML validator, and try using XHTML as opposed to standard HTML.
