It serves no purpose except that it makes me click one more time to get to your page... I agree with mas about the border, it doesn't fit in with the rest of the design. When viewing the site at a big resolution there is also a lot of unused space. Maybe change to a [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/FaqWiki/shownode.php?id=21]liquid design[/url] so you can use more of the browser space? Using something else than an Iframe for the content area might be an idea as well, since some browsers doesn't support it and it makes it harder to get good search engine ratings. You said that the site was only HTML & CSS, but you have a preloader script that is JavaScript... You lack a [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/FaqWiki/shownode.php?id=460&sortby=rating]DOCTYPE[/url] definition at the beginning of the page, something that should be present on all pages. According to the new standards all tags have to be closed (<img ... /> instead of <img ... > etc), but if you chose and old DOCTYPE that isn't neccesary. On the 'Mezelf' part of the page you should also increase the right margin on of the 'gray background' box. Right now it stick to the edge of the window and that doesn't look very good. There is also a couple of <meta> tags that should be added. The most important ones are 'description' and 'keywords'...
