It also seems to be missing something. I can't quite put my finger on it, but when I first checked out the page I kept thinking that it hadn't fully loaded. Yes, I would agree with color, too. What you have there is essentially a monochromatic site. Not too exciting. Maybe a nice orange splash here and there to liven things up? Well, that was certainly original.
