I'm not that fond of the amount of flashing and moving as I don't really see how it adds to the purpose of the page, but as you said, it's a clients choice. One thing you should look at though is the navigation. With a crisp and sharp feel of the site in general, the text (esp the small) on the navigation seems blurred. Then the effect of the mouseovers is a bit harsh on the contrast, try toning that down a bit. One more on the nav, what happens with a non-flash user? Can he navigate the site at all?
