Topic: Back Again (Page 1 of 1)

I once again throw myself upon the alter of criticism. Finally made a site that is xhtml 1.0 valid. The site is for the Texas A&M chapter of Habitat for Humanity. It's a fund raising site of some sort. It wasn't explained very well to me but I was only concerned with the design as someone else handled the server side stuff and will add content later. However, I would like to hear feedback about the design.

Interestingly enough, I noticed that the borders of the content boxes illustrate the same illusion as that chess board pic that was circulating a little while ago.

I do like the background color but it might be loud.
There is not much difference between the pages yet. And i don't think the orange from the links and the title suits the other colors.
