Ok so I used a pre-made PHP gallery - is that cheating ?
But the site is (mostly) new and I want the world to see it, so here it is:

OK, I've seen the site, like you said I could, although I thought this forum was for reviews..? Using a prebuilt gallery isn't cheating, I use a fairly heavily modified one on my site, but at least make it look like the rest of the site... well you didn't ask for a review, so I'll restrain myself from any comment...

ummm the site is in here because it needs a review. but sure you CAN restrain from it... if you really want to...

Well if I was being harsh I'd say that part of me wishes your site didn't load... I'm too skint to afford a proper domain name myself, but really that's got nothing to do with giving your site a review. I haven't got much time, so I'll try and keep it concise. Your site has some very good content - both the photography and handful of 3D stuff is very very impressive. But the design of the site is a major letdown in my opinion, it would put me off from hanging around there. Here are a few points you might wanna take note of:
+ The code, especially for the left frame is terribly bloated. You could well do with losing all the tables, and it would look just as good (if not better) as a list of links (see http://www.alistapart.com/stories/taminglists/ ).
+ The same applies to your home page, the tables are completely unnecessary there.
+ I'm not really sure what those funny coloured blocks are doing scatteed everywhere - but the funny colours certainly don't coordinate - and they completely make a mess of any structure the look might have.
+ You have two navigation links to the same place - unnecessary again.
+ Your links should really be different colours to the normal text, else people will waste time trying to figure out what a link is.
+ What's the random picture of the girl doing down there?
+ Does this need to be done with frames?
+ No DOCTYPE of character encoding info.
+ Your title logo ain't too pretty, and doesn't fit with the rest of the site.
+ Courier new makes it look unprofessional.

If you look at say, half of those issues then this site would probably be 3 times better design wise. I hope you don't get too offended by this mass of negative criticism, but I honestly couldn't really find much positive to say. Sorry. Hope this helps a little all the same.
