As far as I can tell you have addressed [i]none[/i] of my comments (including the one about encoding) and all my previous comments still stand. I'm sure people who haven't yet reviewed your site might want to throw their thoughts in (although if you have done nothing with the previous reviews they might wonder why they should bother) but any further review from me would just involve me repeating myself.
