A few quick comments on the site: [ulist] "This website is only viewable using IE @ 1337 x 768 resolution or higher." Wow. First of all, who uses a resolution of 1337 x 768? I use 1024 x 768, and that's pretty standard. Secondly, "only viewable" is rather harsh wording. I usually dislike it when people use phrases like "best viewed in," but you've gone one step further in trying to alienate visitors. If I weren't here for a review, I would have been gone after reading that. And, for what it's worth, I had no problems viewing the site at 1024 x 768. That's a rather large and pointless splash graphic you have there. Why have a splash page at all? I don't really see the point. The first thing I noticed on entering the page is that you don't have encoding specified, which means I see a bunch of question marks instead of letters in certain places. You might want to read up on [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/1038]the importance of encoding[/url]. That splash graphic is too large to use as a title graphic. It takes up too much valuable vertical real estate. Keep the side menus, but tone down the title graphic. *That's one tortured table layout you've got there. This site is the perfect candidate for the soothing ministrations of CSS. You might want to start with the [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/90]list of CSS tutorials[/url] in the FAQ (or just go to the [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/FaqWiki/search.php]FAQ search page[/url] and type "css").
