As it is now it is impossible to read what link you're hovering over since the background color is the same color as the text. The menu can made into a numbered list. A menu is really a list of different links used for navigating the page, so it is natural to use a list to display them as well. A list Apart has a nice article about this, that might be interesting. You should also move the css into a seperate file. This way the user won't have to load all the styles each time he visits a new page since the stylesheet will allready be cached. The problem is probably caused by

code:

You should change the text colors of the links when you hover over them. As it is now it is impossible to read what link you're hovering over since the background color is the same color as the text.
