As it is now it is impossible to read what link you're hovering over since the background color is the same color as the text. The menu can made into a numbered list. A menu is really a list of different links used for navigating the page, so it is natural to use a list to display them as well. A list Apart has a nice [url=http://www.alistapart.com/stories/taminglists/]article[/url] about this, that might be interesting. You should also move the css into a seperate file. This way the user won't have to load all the styles each time he visits a new page since the stylesheet will allready be cached.
