I also have to say that I'm not too fond of the color scheme. The black text is a tad on the difficult side to read against that gray, or maybe I'm just tired. Also, you should try to keep your link color consistent, not to mention the hover effects. Inconsistent link behavior can be disorienting. I'm not sure about the position of the left menu, either. Maybe aligning it with either the top menu or the content... Ah, but I'm definitely tired, and tiredness and site reviews do not mix. Good night, Hiroki.
