Or seen it and thought I would come back to it and then forgotten about it :p The layout is good. Simple and 'efficent'. The colors are nice as well, except the yellow/orange is a bit to bright when you use in in the text as you do in the 'Leistungsprofil'. It doesn't really fit in there imo, maybe try to make it a bit lighter so if fades easier into the white background? There is one thing about the menu that could be improved. When the user is on e.g the 'Leistungsprofil' page the 'Leistungsprofil' link should look somewhat different than the others and it shouldn't be a link since the page won't change when the user clicks it. You might also consider using a darker white color for the text background. Doesn't have to be much difference, but I know that my eyes start to hurt when I read long article using black text on a white background.
