You've specified a doctype, but the page doesn't validate. You should do something about that... In the 'portfolio' section of the page the top-menu doesn't work. The header graphic is changed and only the 'home' link works. You should also add a hover effect to the top menu links. You should also change the menu so that the link leading to the page that the user is currently isn't a link, since it won't really take the user anywhere (and therefor it ain't a link per definition). This link should also differ somewhat from the other links so that the user easily can see which part of your page he is on.
