I just defined the title of the left columns with h1 and defined it as so and the contents of that column as h2, then h3 for right column and h3 for column content.... it was just easier to type, no specific reasoning. For majority of people that will visit the page are middle aged women, without to much net savy other then microsoft and most wont use any other browser.
