I see the point with the code in the poll, but why should it be unordered? It's ordered alphabetically, when voted, and ordered by number of votes, when displayed. You're totally right, about the hovering menu, I'll change that. I was testing aroung with the news, similar, to what you posted, but I just couldn't get it working in all browsers, how I wanted it to.
