I often visit many sites in ahurry, and if the info takes time to appear, i simply dont read it. My fault, but i think there is much more than just one person who does the same than me. I did not meant to use frames either. My idea had to do a bit more with replacebale content in a block, or just some cssed iframe, although some people tend to dislike it. Still, thats rpetty much up to you. On the tiled background: Maybe try something else on a black background.
