In Opera the whole page is 700px high, which makes me do a lot of scrolling if I want to read the content. You should do something about that, even if it turns out to be a Opera only problem. Why are you using frames anyway? There is no reason to have them there and the code would look much better with all the frames. You should also take look into [url=http://faq.ozoneasylum.com/99]CSS[/url] and use that to achieve the layout of the page, instead of the tables you're using now. For God's sake! Don't center the text. You should never center a text if it is more than a couple of words. If you got more than that you should always left align it. Left aligned text is easier to read, and it looks better as well. I would also increase the line-height a little bit to make for easier reading. The header could also be improved. Right now it looks as you had some text and then just threw a couple of photoshop filters over it. Would probably look better if you had it as simple text, without any of the extra effects. I could also live without drop-shadows around the 'main elements' on the first page. The give me the same feeling of photoshop filters as the header. A simple white or black border around the elements would be more than enough. And please remove the counter. Counters sever no purpose what so ever. If your site is any good I'll visit if even if you don't have any other visitors, and if it ain't good I won't return even if you've got a couple of thousand visitors a day. The menu could also need some more work. First of all is the things ozphactor mentioned. There is no apparent logic as to why you've got two menus. A roll-over effect would also be nice. Not much, maybe something as simple as changing the text-color to black. You should also thing about adding a litte feature so that the link to the current page is displayed differently than the other links. It will make it easier for the user to see where he is on the page. I would even go one step further and make it so that the link isn't a link anymore. It doesn't take the user anywhere, so stricly speaking it is not a "link" and should not be displayed as one.
