just let me know what you think of the layout, i made the text a little brighter so there is more of a contrast with the background, and i dont have any text in size 1, tell me if anything doesnt work or it the layout looks weird on any pages... thanks

yes sorry about that the dns was goin off and on, it had set the ip as an A record automatically for some reason which doesnt work to well with zoneedit so i changed it back, itll be back up it 12-24 hours, but you can go to http://sammy.alturl.com its a mirror of sammy.tv.

- Code. Damn, there's so many frames I can't even make my way around it.
- Top and bottom frames? Feels too constricting, and do I really have to see that footer all the time?
- Grey on grey feels pretty draining, and that dark red isn't helping. The whole color scheme could use a boost. Something, um... fresh.
- Hit counter and some weird button at the bottom (which is broken, by the way). After fixing the URL, I can see that it goes to some kinda website content rating thingy... huh? And don't get me started on hit counters. Keep it if you must, but...
- Navigation buttons. Highlighting the current button in some way would help usability. Oh, and you might wanna make the clickable area expand through the whole button (instead of just the text), but that's not a big deal.
- The gratuitous forum. Forgive me for being blunt, but exactly how many people are aching to discuss your dingo's activities? Sounds more like a "look, I know how to setup a forum" project to me... [Okay, so you've got some members. Sue me.]
- Awards page. You're kidding, right? I'm filing this one with the forum.
- And why exactly are some links in the footer and some are in the header? I can see that some of the footer links are slightly less important, but it still confuses.
Nothing on your site really interests me, either through content or design... but hey, who am I to judge?
[offtopic: Seeing that the forum actually has some post, and half of them are ladies showing off their breast size, makes me to slam my head with a wall corner. And yes, its hard for to to critique such site.]

Agree with everything mentioned earlier.
In Opera the whole page is 700px high, which makes me do a lot of scrolling if I want to read the content. You should do something about that, even if it turns out to be a Opera only problem.
Why are you using frames anyway? There is no reason to have them there and the code would look much better with all the frames. You should also take look into CSS and use that to achieve the layout of the page, instead of the tables you're using now.
For God's sake! Don't center the text. You should never center a text if it is more than a couple of words. If you got more than that you should always left align it. Left aligned text is easier to read, and it looks better as well. I would also increase the line-height a little bit to make for easier reading.
The header could also be improved. Right now it looks as you had some text and then just threw a couple of photoshop filters over it. Would probably look better if you had it as simple text, without any of the extra effects. I could also live without drop-shadows around the 'main elements' on the first page. The give me the same feeling of photoshop filters as the header. A simple white or black border around the elements would be more than enough.
And please remove the counter. Counters sever no purpose what so ever. If your site is any good I'll visit if even if you don't have any other visitors, and if it ain't good I won't return even if you've got a couple of thousand visitors a day.
The menu could also need some more work. First of all is the things ozphactor mentioned. There is no apparent logic as to why you've got two menus. A roll-over effect would also be nice. Not much, maybe something as simple as changing the text-color to black. You should also thing about adding a litte feature so that the link to the current page is displayed differently than the other links. It will make it easier for the user to see where he is on the page. I would even go one step further and make it so that the link isn't a link anymore. It doesn't take the user anywhere, so stricly speaking it is not a "link" and should not be displayed as one.
Hope it doesn't sound too harsh...

i see your point about the footer, i am going to change that, and i just put it up and applied for some awards, in order to apply you need an awards page so i cant take that off, some people suggested i put the forum there but i dont know if i will keep it around :-\

If you need to have an 'award page' to recieve the award I wouldn't bother applying for it, since that fact alone rules out any possibility of a serious award...
