Your Text: Insert Slimies » Insert UBB Code » Close Last Tag \| All Tags UBB Help	It's confusing. The buttons at the top of the page don't seem to work - until I found out they're not suppose to! However, oddly enough, the Contact button links to the home page. It wasn't until I accidently moved over the small pop up box that I found it wasn't just an extravagent tooltip, but a navigational system! If I was terribly new to the web, I would think your page was broken or incomplete. I suggest making the text in the upper navigation link to a top level navigational system for that topic. Meaning, the Services button would link to a page that mirrored the navigational structure of the pop up navigation. This would make those new to your site understand it better.
