And it (almost) validates! You have a link in which you have an "alt" specified - change that "alt" to "title" and you'll validate fully on the XHTML. The CSS has a couple things that I don't know how to rectify. One is easy though - change your "cursor:hand;" to "curson :pointer;" (the "hand" is an IE thing, but "pointer will work for everything).
