Thks people. Yeah, I know how to use cookies, shouldn't have shown it at this stage, but as the title of the thread says, it's "in the works", a wip of some sort. Actually, the next "big things" are a french version to get more local audience, an italian version (maybe), cookies, not only for the styles, but also to remember the positionning of the main pannel: as it is, it is stored during a single session. Some Mozilla debugging should follow closely: there is one thing in the Mozilla/Firefox version that is missing, something about the positionning toy. And once all this is done, probably this week, there is the resume page: DL, nice idea to temporarily "disable" that page, thanks for that. I am currently putting together a system which takes a web page, and outputs it as both pdf and word, so I don't have to update all formats each time I change my CV. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The goal being: database -> XML layer -> several interfaces. I'd like to show my real Java skills too, which have quite progressed as some of you know (Cameron and others), so one of the interfaces could be Java only. I am also fiddling with "phpsniff" to sniff browsers from the server side, and provide the adequate output based on your browser of choice: I am here thinking about the disabled, or the people who like to stick to text based browsers like "Lynx" which is now one of my testing platforms. Loads of ideas, not a lot of time, but my homepage should progress in the next days/weeks, and quite a lot. All this to say there is another interface in the works, still dhtml, but a slightly more "professional", less funny design, here: http://www.beyondwonderland.com/new.ini And that's it for the exclusive news: more to come.
