I much preferred your past designs: maybe it's just me, but the color scheme... irks me. It doesn't seem correctly balanced: most of the page is bland but the top is very flashy, it just doesn't work for me. Other than that... the green headings opposed to the red banner make it even more flashy: such an extreme contrast is bad for my health. Other than that: what's up with the font size on this page?
