Only thing I can add to that is that I think the page would look better without the faded border used on the left and right hand side. I would stick with the simple white border allready there. You should also add a border and some more padding to the bottom of the page, it ends kind of abrubtly now. I think the page would also feel more coherent if you didn't change the page layout when viewing products.
