I have actually quit working for two of my clients because they refused to upgrade their browsers and except change. They didn't want any CSS, Javascript, dHTML, Flash or any other types of $$$ making work, just straight HTML. It's very difficult to make any money off of a customer like that so I quit! I think when it comes down to it the evolutionary nature of the Internet will force people to upgrade in due time becuase these people will be missing out on a lot great content and design experiences.
