How do you make a background image expand in Netscape? As I've read echoed over and over again in my search of this forum, *my page works fine in IE, but ....*.

Could someone please tell me how to make the cells on both sides at the bottom, expand to fill the space in Netscape

Thanks in advance for your help.

is there any way to get less tables? i used ie to download the entire page, but it butchers the code too much. i turned on the boarders, and there is a gap there where one nested table doesnt take up all of the available height. whatever cell is holding "the apollo" image on the right side needs to have a background defined.

edit: wanted to add that sometimes, netscape will also not render backgrounds that are transparent.
