I specify both a background color and image for the navbar table. In NS 4.0, the background often loads 'late', only appearing when I switch to another app and back. In NS 3.0, the background doesn't appear at all. I've tried putting the background specifier at the <table>, the <tr>, and the <td> levels with no luck. Anyone know a workaround?
