Topic: anyone used opera? (Page 1 of 1)

i've heard a ton of great things about opera. anyone actually use it? is it better than ie and netscape? i was just wondering. i happened to stumble across the 5.11 version at download.com, so i figgured that someone around here had probably used it before. thanks for any info.

hey, this is cool. i'm using opera right now. everything here at the asylum looks good, except the text boxes don't have the background color and text color that match the rest of the forum. other than that, things look nice here...now to explore the rest of the net.......

Is opera free? I heard it wasn't before...

you can get a free version of opera that displays banners. to register it, the fee is $39.95 i think...i kinda like it...a lot of the sigs don't display tho...i don't know why.

I use Opera when developing web sites to check cross-browsers compatibility. Other than that I don't use it very much...
