I thought it was a good way of laying things out and covered a lot of ground.

PaulSmith, I also mentioned a couple of times that you can't force people to upgrade if they don't want to. Luckily, IE is soon going to be the only web browser used (at least on Windows platforms), so we want have to worry anymore...
