I have a 2 frame site and I'm getting strange looking pages depending on which platform and browser I'm looking at the site with. On a PC with IE6 everything appears as it is intended. On a PC using Netscape 4.08, everything works, but the navigation isn't placed quite correctly. On a Mac with IE5, the header images don't appear although the coolmenus navigation does. On a Mac using Navigator 4.x (multiple versions) the navigation doesn't appear at all.

Here are the links to the site and files:

Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

PS. the .asp page links aren't working properly because this is a beta site. They do work properly in the regular

Well I can't help you with the Mac issue but maybe I can for the PC stuff.
There are a few tags in your code that could be causing you some problems. In the body tag there is an "On Load=bgcolor,etc..." I don't think that you need this. I would suggest using Style Sheets for this kind of thing. This would also get rid of the font tags which are just bad news.

Netscape will require you to specify what the width of the tables are, which aren't there. This may be why they look funny and off center. You also have a <div align="center"> and then a <center> tag. You don't really need either one of them. You can change this to the table tag that is already in there <table align="center" etc...> This may take care of a few of your problems with why things are off center.

As far as the Mac stuff goes, someone will be along I am sure that will help you out.

~By the way Welcom to the Asylum! Enjoy your stay. You may want to have a look around at the "Site Reviews" section.

helpme: Welcome. I think CPrompt addressed most of the issues I could see (although keyword and description metatags are always required). Your page looks fine in IE5 and NS4.x on WinNT but I see your point - the menu is slightly too high in NS4.x. A couple of things I'd suggest:

1. Ask this question in (or move this thread to) the DHTML forum as it is clearly a JavaScript question.

2. If the coolmenus is a cut and pasted script (I think I've seen it around) then try checking back with the creator to see if there are any bug fixes and if it is a problem with the script let the author know so they can amend it.
