Topic: Google bar

Anybody else use this? It integrates with IE and now I don't have to change sites to search. Saves me some time...

In a way. I had to agree to let the tool send info about the sites I visit back to Google. Firewalls don't see the transfer either.

Nope, it's not spyware. But, if you're really paranoid, you can turn off "Page Rank" feature and then Google Bar will only connect to Google's server when you want to perform a search (otherwise, it will connect to Google's server on each page view in order to get page rank and a few more information)...
