Anyone else testing the new version? It's pretty slick except they *increased* the amount of screen cluttered with shit at the top.
edit: actually most things are customizable so it aint too bad

After a little surfing, I wonder what it is with Opera and Javascript. the JS menu on my own site doesn't show up at all! It used to be visible but now even appear.

I want to use something other than IE but how can I when everything else breaks showing a Bratta script?

We already had discussion about Opera 6 here: http://www.ozoneasylum.com/Forum1/HTML/003019.html

As far as your navigation menu is concerned, you should use navigation menu that has support for Opera (i.e. Ultimate Dropdown Menu by BrotherCake)...

I'll check it but I don't believe I should be limited to what scripts I use just because Opera lacks support for the most common scripts. Ugh.

edit: Anyway, I checked it out and DL it to play with. It's a mother to set up but looks like once it is set up, easily modified. Can't promise I'll use it but thanks Max.

Well, IMHO, it's up to script authors to make their scripts Opera compatible (as well as with other web browsers) if that's possible. And as far as navigation menus are concerned, it is possible (you saw the menu from BrotherCake and there's also the menu from WebFX). Also, you can read on DHTMLCentral page that CoolMenus are not Opera compatible, so you can't really direct your complaints towards Opera...
