However, I have learnt that a lot of the users are using Nutscrape without CSS support (or browzers w/o CSS support). With CSS enabled the tables get hosed ! How do I fix this problem? Any guide on the web or tip would be appreciated!

If you are going to use CSS then either make one site use the CSS layout and the same one with Tables and just use a browser sniffer to determine which browser sees what.
