I would like to see your site. I am just learning CSS and also have avoided trying to do anything besides font definition in it since I only hear horror stories about CSS cross-browser...why add to the list of head aches! Tables can be enough of a night mare. I ended up trashing my "right floating" tables of the images on the page and just put every thing in 3 cell tables. The text can't flow around the image, but it is not worth the trouble. How the exact same code can do different things on the same page I cannot understand. About <DIV>s, I guess I need to understand them better. They have seemed like nothing but a pain to me, so have always ended up deleting them. CSS...would there be any chance of seeing your "base stylesheet"? All the server side stuff sounds cool, but I'm not there yet. That's the stuff I would have no idea how to do. :( Oh well, maybe someday. I understand about just making stuff look good for your client. Well, in this case, he has a Mac! Need I say more! Instead of a list of all the stuff that doesn't work accross browsers, I would like to see a list of stuff that does, even if it is very abreviated.
