Ok, I've been debating creating a website just as my brain-dump now and then when I'm sick of doing calc homework or stats. *yawns*, and ..have also been lookingat at CSS the past while, and after seeing the 'rollover menus with pure CSS' decided to give it a whirl and slowly hacking up a website.. I sorta got a basic layout down

However, while it looks OK in Opera, it looks like crap in IE, and cant figure out how to make it look the same/similar in both.

any ideas/suggestions?

Tikita: It seems to be working OK for me in IE6. However, I would recommend throwing in a DOCTYPE (see the FAQ for more details) as this might get more recent browsers behaving as they should.

you sure it's looking ok in IE6? *scratchs head*

on my end, the white border in the news col is cutoff by the box-punch, and the gradiant at the bottom on the left side isnt lininng up clealnly.. hrmm

odd.
