According to the page, both length and percentage units are relative to the screen resolution, hence my bg image location alters to fit the page. I think I am out of luck using CSS and will place the image in the bg of a table- which I am already using in the document. But I am still interested in what CPrompt, quisja, and Hiroki find out!
